Our Founder.

At the heart and the fore of DTC is founder Dennis Tapfuma, a digital transformation expert with deep experience leading complex projects for nearly two decades.

Dennis developed his skills in multiple sectors, including healthcare, financial services, mining, technology and FMCG. As well as expertise and a broad insider view of digital, Dennis’ career path has allowed him to collect a global network of specialists, all of whom have delivered complex digital change at the highest levels.

Dennis has worked on global and regional DX engagements in global markets with organisations like Google, Unilever, GSK, Glencore, and Boehringer Ingelheim, and global agencies such as Publicis Sapient, Wunderman Thompson, and Ogilvy. He has an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School and gained a distinction for his thesis on ‘Why Digital Transformations Fail’.
